"Hey I had Amber as my agent and I know her personally outside of the office but she's very professional I love all the girls in there everybody's super nice they're the ones that got me directed to where I can get my SR-22 when I first started getting my license in order and I should have went to them in the first place instead of progressive I mean I had to go through progressive for the SR-22 but I should have switched back to State Farm but everybody is super professional and got me what I needed and I will be sticking with them from now on thank you so much everybody great place to go their reviews hold true they are super nice here again and professional. I'm writing another review to let everybody know that the roadside assistance was really great I haven't used any of that for like 5 years since I've had my little old car but I had to use it a few days ago and the guy that came to put the gas in my car Yes I had to put gas in my car cuz I didn't get it put in the night before but he came on a really bad rainy day and he was super nice and super compassionate so if you do get roadside assistance these people care about you I don't think I would have ever gotten that from anybody else or from any other insurance company so thank you so much and it is Joe's roadside assistance and he's out of Waveland Indiana."

"So I switched from GEICO. They weren't able to save me a ton, but enough that it helps. The whole staff was friendly and quick with their service. I worked with two different team members even in my transaction! I'm super tech challenged and they helped explain the functions of the app. I literally walked in and was immediately serviced, had everything situated and set up to switch in less than an hour with a scheduled switch over date. I was able to make my first payment a few days later and a few days after that the transition from GEICO to Statefarm was complete. Seriously simple, seriously clear cut service and super friendly staff. 😁"
